Glowing skin is always in.....

I am Cathryn Kerwin-Rawlinson a wedding Makeup Artist covering North Wales and Cheshire. Skincare is something I am passionate about and to achieve incredible makeup it is important to incorporate skincare into the makeup looks I create for my brides to be on their wedding day.

Being a popular and well sought after Bridal Makeup Artist in my area, I have gained extensive experience in this industry over the years. One of the most popular looks I am asked to create is luminous, dewy, and radiant skin.

When I am doing makeup for a bridal party and they ask for a radiant look, it all starts with the skin preparation I do in the morning. My essential products for achieving beautiful, dewy, and glowing skin provide illumination, hydrate the skin, lock in moisture, and ensure long-lasting radiance throughout the day.

I am never without my Hada labo products amongst others to achieve this.

To begin, I use a gentle glycolic toner, with Pixi Glow being my preferred choice due to its lower strength which is suitable for preparing the skin. I apply it on a cotton pad and gently sweep it over the skin to exfoliate and eliminate any dead skin cells.

Only if my bride to be be is severely dehydrated, I usually recommend taking a 20-minute break to unwind with a Hada Labo premium sheet mask to provide an additional hydration boost to the skin.

Next, I will apply my favourite ultimate glow enhancer, the Hada Labo Super Hydrator. I usually opt for the premium hydrator out of the three available, as it provides the skin with enhanced hydration and achieves the coveted lit-from-within finish that my clients desire for their bridal makeup.

Afterwards, I prefer using a quality eye cream, such as the Hada Labo Anti Fatigue. I have noticed that it not only hydrates the skin and reduces fine lines in that area, but also contributes to diminishing dark circles.

Finally, I apply a high-quality moisturiser, such as the lightweight and easily absorbed Hada Labo premium day cream, which leaves the skin soft and well-prepared for makeup.

While I apply my eye makeup, I allow all the skincare products to sink in. Once I am ready to start with priming and applying the base, my skin is perfectly primed with a radiant glow from within, ensuring long-lasting makeup for my bridal party.

I consider Hada Labo products to be indispensable in all of my makeup applications, and I confidently recommend them to my customers knowing that they will experience skin improvement with consistent use.
